AIMS AND SCOPE
The Warisan Journal of Integrative Plant Biology (WJIPB) is an international, peer-reviewed publication committed to showcasing high-quality research that deepens the understanding of plant biology through comprehensive and multidisciplinary approaches. The journal offers a platform for significant scientific contributions that cover both fundamental and applied aspects of plant science.
Aims:
- To disseminate pioneering research that advances knowledge of plant structure, function, development, evolution, and environmental interactions.
- To highlight integrative studies that combine insights from molecular, cellular, physiological, ecological, and evolutionary plant biology.
- To encourage cross-disciplinary work connecting plant biology with areas such as genomics, systems biology, synthetic biology, biotechnology, and computational sciences.
- To serve as an international forum for the exchange of new ideas and discoveries in plant biology, supporting both basic research and its practical applications.
Scope:
The journal invites a wide range of contributions, including original research articles, reviews, perspectives, commentaries, and technical reports, covering topics such as:
- Plant development, growth control, and morphogenesis
- Photosynthesis, plant metabolism, and energy dynamics
- Plant responses to environmental factors, including stress from biotic and abiotic sources
- Genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic, and phenomic studies in plants
